2023 Winter Workouts |
Winter Workouts will be held at The Aquatic Center (The Gym) on Mondays and Thursdays from 4:30pm to 5:30pm starting on Monday, January 8, 2024.
This is for Middle School and JV athletes (6th thru 9th Graders). Focus of training will be on Speed, Power, Agility, and Flexibility. Maximum: 20 Athletes.
Dates: January 8, 11, 18, 22, 25 & 29, and February 1, 5, 8, & 12
Training will be conducted by certified personal trainer and pro card carrier, Mrs Ashley Kelsey.
Click on “Start Player Registration” to the far right of the screen to register.
Through this process, you will NOT need to leave this registration system to retreive, renew, or gain a new USA Lacrosse membership number. You are using a registration system operated by USA Lacrosse.
- If you are a current USA Lacrosse member through the end of the season / event, you will not be charged for a USAL membership.
- You will be charged at the end of this registration process if you need to become a member, or if you need to renew your membership if you are not current through the season / event.
- If you are becoming a USA Lacrosse member for the first time through this process, you will also receive a separate email from USA Lacrosse with more membership information.
